About the Event
NIUA and NMCG organized the first annual summit “DHARA 2023” – Driving Holistic Action for Urban Rivers. The event celebrated the first anniversary of the River Cities Alliance and served as the first annual meeting for the member cities of the RCA. The main goal of DHARA 2023 was to provide municipal commissioners, executive officers, and senior officials from member cities with a dedicated platform for brainstorming, discussing, and learning about solutions for urban river management.
